Alejandra Vallejo is an attorney (Universidad de las Américas, UDLA) with a specialization and a Master in Business Law from Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar. She worked in the public sector and at law firms in Ecuador, and has advised on the structuring of projects in energy and natural resources.
At Axioo she brings the legal dimension of transactions: corporate structure, contracts and compliance.
Each mandate activates the specialists it requires: transaction lawyers, tax advisors, due diligence auditors and partner investment banks in Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Mexico, the United States and Europe.
In Ecuador the market finds out early through five fronts: employees, customers, suppliers, banks and competitors. We design every process so that it does not happen.
We tell you what we see, even when it is not what you want to hear. An inflated valuation or a poorly prepared process costs you more than it costs us.
We take a limited number of mandates a year so that the person who signs the proposal is the one who negotiates and closes.
We will tell you candidly whether your company is ready for the market, what it could be worth and what we would do first. No cost, no commitment.
